 # cd /usr/share/zabbix/include/
 # cp -p defines.inc.php defines.inc.php.`date +%Y%m%d`
 # vi defines.inc.php

 39:  define('ZBX_GRAPH_FONT_NAME',                   'ipagp');

再起動不要で即時反映される。
